  Landscaping, tree and shrub removal

  My experience was awful. Lazy, poor workmanship, didn’t rake out or level yard! Father/owner gives estimates, promises extra attention to detail and never shows to to actual work! He sends flunkies that do poor quality work! Very expensive and damaged my property and driveway with leaking chipper! Never again!

  Level, topsoil and grow grass

  $800

  Contracted with 3 Amigos Landscaping to come out and rake, level, lay topsoil and plant grass seed over several areas in our lawn where we had trees taken down. Ishmel Avalos who is his son (supposedly) of Avalos Landscaping actually showed up to do the work. Our initial conversation indicated the job would take a day to do however they were done within 3 hours. Unfortunately I had to work the first day they came so when I arrived home and inspected the work I WAS SHOCKED!!! They literally dumped 5 yards of DIRT with large stones all in my yard and tried to cover it up with straw. Needless to say, this was NOT what I contracted them to do. They did return and had the company representative from the top soil company come out and together they agreed to redo the areas with “ new topsoil.” Redone and new straw put down “that we paid for.” Mr. Avalos kept repeating that he guaranteed that we would have grass grow and that if we didn’t, they would come back. Well guess what....we had patchy grass and weed growth with large areas of nothing but dirt. Contacted them again and was told they’d come out and walk the property with us and put down some additional seed. My son witnessed them show up, throw a bag of seed down and leave. NO CONTACT at all from them. And guess what....still no grass growing!! So I reached out again on Friday 8/14 to Ishmel Avalos from Avalos Landscaping and he indicated they were busy with tree removal but that he would be out next week and we could walk the property. WELL, AGAIN A NO SHOW! But this time they haven’t returned text messages or phone calls. Looks like we’re off to district court with this one. Not going to be taken advantage of and ripped off by these two businesses. I SUGGEST YOU STEER FAR AND CLEAR OF 3 Amigos Landscaping and Avalos Landscaping from West Chester, PA.

  top grade backyard and plant seed

  I had a very bad experience with this contractor. Promised me 100% satisfaction. The grass they planted all died and they refuse to work with me on a resolution. I would not recommend them for any job.

  Walked the lawn and pointed out everything that had to be done. Had to then walk the lawn again to show the workers what had to be done. The owner called for payment I walked the lawn again pointing out everything they didn't do which was in the initial quote, only paid partial and they were to come back and finish. Needless to say after calling for several weeks I had to hire another landscaper to finish the yard. Do yourself a favor continue looking for a contractor.
