I wish I could give zero stars. Phil will act like he knows what he is doing but buyer beware!!! Phil was referred to us by our realtor. We had a very large list of repairs when we purchased our new home. It’s been almost six months and he has yet to come back and fix everything we paid him to repair. He kept giving us one excuse after another (the company kept sending him back cartridges, he has only installed a few tankless water heaters, etc). He even left behind some of his tools but didn’t come back for them until a month later. We ended up calling a different company who came out and handled EVERYTHING, plus fixed his mistakes, in two whole days. I would NOT recommend Phil from 3 C’s plumbing.
