Called Dan regarding a small local job. He showed up late for our appointment to look at the job (kid problems) but said he would do the work at a fair price. Scheduled to do the work within a few days but he never came back. Called him several times and my calls were never returned. Called him from a different (unfamiliar) number and he called back right away. When he found out it was me he said he had "phone trouble" but would be there the next day to do the work. Never heard from him again. Truly rates zero stars. Unreliable and seemingly dishonest. If he didn't want to do the job he should have just said so. Still looking for a reliable hardwood floor person
