Hands down, this is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I had an emergency water line big leak underground that started bubbling above ground in the common area of a 400+ PUD in Manhattan Beach. Through a source from the City (not a direct City referral), I located John S. owner of 3TEN Plumbing. He and 3 of his plumbers: Canon, Miguel, Steven jumped on board to tackle this water problem (lots of story of how they got to the finish line). Bottom line, is they replaced the water line, per my agreement, best solution as it may have cost a lot more to try to find the leak(s) underground to a 37+year old water line. His team did all of this in 1 day with a "smile" getting the job done.
Even the HOA maintenance company lead asked me for their contact info as he is very impressed with what they did and their work ethics.
Please check them out, you won't be disappointed - a side note, they all are very knowledgeable plumbers, professional and pleasant to work with.
I wish them continued success. An extremely happy customer and I will be back if the need arises - John said they "do it all" in the plumbing arena!!!
