320 Solar was the cheapest from all other company sales rep that knocked on my door. I have to say that my sales rep Kelby Costa really knew his stuff. Every question we asked he answer with no hesitation. Kelby and his team took care of HOA permits and I did not have to do anything. Kelby's work team were also very polite and if we had any questions they had answers for us. we are very happy and satisfied with 320 solar. thank you.

Easy to work with, Signed the contract on Monday night and the install team was here on Thursday, Install was complete within one week, Everything promised was delivered. Easy to communicate with either by text or call. All calls were returned same day.

This company Bait and Switched me, and then did not attempt to fix any of their mistakes.
They made false promises (conversion of appliances to work with solar) promises which were never delivered, and then they blamed everything on the sale associate who signed me up for the project - telling me that they were not aware of anything not mentioned on the contract. They did tell me that same very same associate did the same to even more customers, why was this allowed?
They did not want to reimburse me for the false promises the sale associate made which I paid for because they added it to the final amount!
I was charged a total of $65k for this project. $48k for 11.7kw system and $18k for a roof replacement where their cost was $15k but they claimed the remaining was administrative charges.
When I called for an explanation to justify the price I was charged, they just said every case is different and no further explanation was given.
I was taken advantage of, charged for work not completed and the company did not attempt to fix what the very unprofessional and unethical salesperson did to me. This entire experience left the taste of bait and switch in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
