We called 321 Roofing to give us a price on adding solar power vents to our roof to cool the attic and Eric came out gave us a price that had a lifetime warranty instead of models with 5 years warranty. Eric also had his crew add an insulated radiant barrier to the drop down stairs of the attic. I've never seen seen that before but a thermal camera shows the difference. Thumbs up!
I'll call 321 Roofing first when the roof needs replacing or repair. They were on time and very professional.
