We knew exactly who to call after a hard storm with hail that hit us in June! It was Mike McRae with 33 Carpenters. They replaced our son's roof the year before. Mike dealt with our insurance company the entire job!
No long after our call, Mike McRae came to do a quick assessment of our roof. He saw hail damage. He was here the day the insurance assessor walked the roof to photograph and report the hail damage. Mike respectfully guided the insurance adjuster to view the areas of damage he had seen. We had color choices, and saw samples, as well as the quality of materials used.
Our roof was replaced all in one day. The crew had delayed their start a couple hours till the rain subsided. They laid their tarps around the house to catch debris and protect the landscaping. A huge crane lifted the heavy bundles and supplies to the rooftop. A refuse bin was placed at the edge of the house. They worked till it was dark, because of the late start. A few of their crew returned a couple days later to search for nails they may have missed in the dark. This was a job well done!
33 Carpenters coordinated the various trades needed to complete our job. They oversee each project to ensure a quality job. They do the necessary reports complete with photos, the insurance company requires to do their payout. We knew up front what our cost would be, it is all documented and we have copies of it all.
33 Carpenters is not like some roofers out there. (I've heard of bad experiences that some friends have had). 33 Carpenters is better. They communicate, document and do what they say. They handle it all. They are the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend 33 Carpenters!
