They did an excellent job for our remodel. They built an additional 750 sq ft to our home. The project was fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any project.

Hired them to do a remodel of 3 bathrooms in October 2018. We were told they would be starting the week of Thanksgiving. The date came and went. No call, no text, no e-mail. This happened 7 times thru Dec, Jan and Feb. FINALLY having spoken to them ONLY when I called, I told Amber the office manager that I wanted to speak to Todd (the owner) immediately. She told me that he would call me RIGHT BACK. Finally, 5 days later he called and said that he would be at my house at 8am on Thursday Feb 28th to get a copy of my house key and they would be starting Monday. I sat home all day and finally at 4:30 I got an e-mail stating that he would be here FRIDAY. I sat home all day Friday. At 5:30, I got an e-mail from Amber that he would be here Monday. I e-mailed her and told her that I wanted to cancel the project and to return my deposit. I wanted the job done in a timely fashion. Being promised that it would start in 3 weeks and then waiting for 4 months and having nothing accomplished is VERY frustrating.

Everything seemed on par from an initial meeting over a month ago to getting a generalized $20k+ quote. But after asking for more details on the pricing breakdown for the upgrading options and warranty details of our pool patio doors, then a lot of stalling and empty promises and before getting such they withdraw bidding with a claim of being overwhelmed with business.
