360 Heating & Air

Luis and Juan installed a split unit at my house and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and completed the work and even painted to flashing they installed to match the existing wall color. They also cleaned up after the job and explained how the unit works. If world recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend 360 Heating and Air. I have dealt with several installers both at 2 different homes and my place of business. Although the others were good, Luis is the best of the ones that I have dealt with. First and most important is that he is honest. If something turns out to be cheaper than the quote, he will let you know. He is efficient and takes pride in his work. The split unit he installed on my wall my have been a half an inch crooked. He could've easily left it like that but chose to come back and make it level. He and his staff are friendly. Lastly, they are clean. They covered the floor where they were going to be walking. They took all of their trash with them. You couldn't even tell they were hear when they left. This is the second time I have used 360 and plan to use him in the future. I referred them to a few of my friends as well. Awesome job! Wish all the companies I dealt with were this pleasant.

So after completion of my AC system, perfect timing for my hot water heater to go out! Luis was here and said if I can help give me a call, so I did, when I found out that it was out of warranty I figured the best thing to do was replace it since it was 10 years old and showing signs of wear and tear. So I called Luis, he said he could install a new one, he quoted us for the WH with installation, the one we said we wanted, brand and size, ect. We went with 360 heating to install the new WH. When they arrived the day of install which was pretty much the next day, he noticed that all the current hook ups were not within code and said he needed to bring them up to code, he pointed out all the errors, which being that our house is a older home, and the WH had been moved from the kitchen to the laundry room, it makes since that codes had changed. He gave me the estimate to bring it up to code and we agreed. The water heater was installed and as always 360 Heating did a fantastic job, 360 Heating and Air is such a good company and a great group of guys, I cannot say enough!! They are professional and clean up after themselves. The place where the WH is installed is not the prettiest (back of the garage) but I have a nice bright, clean, working WH thanks to Luis and team.. I highly recommend this company. They really are great.....

System for my home. I got quotes from companies that had good reputations. Though
360s wasn't the absolute least expensive I felt confidence in the quotes complete
and detailed presentation. And I was right. Very professional using the top of
The line products. They adhered to their schedule and were neat and clean everyday.

360 Heating and A/C just completed installing a new Heating and A/C system (American Standard) for my home in Torrance. The owner, Luis Ruiz was very professional and answered all my questions, even coming back a second time to explain the process and answer questions that my boyfriend had.His crew was polite and very respectful of my home all throughout the process. Also, based on other bids I received, I thought the price was reasonable.The finished product works great and looks nice. I would highly recommend this business!

Of American Standard System I my 1946 home in Westchester. I can not praise enough the excellent work done for me. It more than met my expectations. They are very professional answering all my questions and concerns. Leaving a clean and outstanding job everyday, I highly recommend 360 to everyone they are great.
