  Build a new deck in the back of our home.

  If you don't like reading longer reviews, let me summarize here. This company/crew were always extremely professional, courteous, and respectful during every phase of our project. I am a both a retired military veteran and disabled veteran that would be happy to recommend them to any of my fellow brothers in arms. I very much appreciated how diligent they worked and how respectful they were. I can honestly say that we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting this type of work done. OK, now on to the longer, more detailed review:

  My wife and I just had a deck completed in the back of our home. This was a very involved project and we were extremely nervous about hiring this job out as it can be difficult to get accurate information on companies at times. My wife stumbled upon 3d Decks, Docks, & Design and we're so glad we found them.
  From the very onset, David was professional, respectful, and just a very friendly nice person that was more accommodating with all of our questions and I can assure you, we had a lot. Here's what I loved about this business, David, and his crew.
  1. He came out and listened to what we wanted and took genuine interest
  in the vision we had for this project. He provided several 3d renderings
  and concept art of what we discussed during the bidding phase.

  2. He's an excellent communicator! Each evening prior to departing for the
  day, David would come to the door and bring us up to speed on what
  was done that day and what they would be doing in the days to follow.

  3. At one point we had to wait on some custom decking materials and I
  was immediately informed by David that the product was not available
  at a local store and that there would be a slight delay in getting the exact
  color/product that we wanted.

  4. When they were there, they worked and worked hard! They were there
  to do a job and they did it and did it well.

  5. They genuinely seem to Love what they do! My wife would hear them
  sometimes outside just whistling, or laughing, while they worked. It was
  so refreshing to see someone who really enjoyed what they did and
  took great pride in not only what, but how they did their jobs.

  6. You get the experience of a large, very experienced company but with
  a small hometown feel that was just nice.

  I loved our after-work conversations and recall one where we just sat on my
  porch and talked about everything and anything, they are that personable!
  Sure, you might be able to find builders with the same pride of workmanship and know-how but how many out there make you feel almost as though you're part of the family while the works being done?

  I just can't say enough good things about this company and when I'm ready to do my next big project (maybe a screened-in porch) they will be my first call.
