The guy that came out to do the job was extremely rude to my tenants. I don't know if he had been with this company for a long time or not,but he was very abusive and threatening to the point where the police had to be called. The owner of the company could not be reached when I tried calling him about the employee by me,but he had no problem coming to his employees side not knowing anything that happened and never once asking about the issue. This has got to be the absolute worst experience of my life in dealing with a company and I would not ever have expected such unprofessionalism. This man that they have working for them is the most unprofessional,rude and violet person I have ever dealt with and I pray that no one else ever has to experience what myself and my tenants experienced from him. I would never use,or recommend this company for anything as long as these are the type of employees they have out in the field
