    This business was hired to do a kitchen remodel of my home through Home Depot. The contractor was shady and the building inspector let me know that the on site personnel were steering the inspector to possible code violations and trying to get citations issued for work that had been done before I acquired my home. The building inspector indicated it seemed shady to be doing that and said I should consider if I am getting proper service for my cost or if there may be inappropriate attempts to increase my costs by adding new code compliance work to my project. The violations being steered to the inspector were "on the fence" and could be interpreted as being within cod or in violation depending on circumstances. I terminated 3-D and despite threats and dissatisfaction by 3-D, the Home Depot backed my displeasure with the contractor and refunded my money citing customer satisfaction was ultimately the important reason to do so.
