  to paint my kitchen cabinets

  My recommendation is " PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING ", before Emilio starts the job . Mention the price, the total time he needs to finish and completes the job and leaves your property and the EXACT COLOR you want ,have a sample of color with you to compare after he finishes the job and compare it . I give only 1 star to him just for covering the house and furniture good ,that's all.
  Emilio has his own world when it comes to colors and the time frame he needs to finish the job. You ask him to paint your cabinets to your desired color but he paints it to his own version which is of course in the same category you told him but not the exact one you wanted ,that can make a mess out of your kitchen just like mine ,then he insists and insists it is the same color you asked him . Regarding the time to finish the job , he has his own version again ,meaning he considers the job finished when his workers finish painting the fixed parts of the cabinets which are attached to your house even though the cabinets doors are all still in his shop waiting for him to get the chance to paint them !! Within that period all cabinets are without doors therefore you wont be able to make use of them or even clean them because his workers will come back to install them and again there will be a mess in the kitchen so you rather wait for several more days and if you ask him when the job would be completed ,he says ," the job was completed when we painted the fixed parts!!! As if the cabinet doors are not part of his job!!!
  In my case he added $ 200.00 to what we agreed initially ,for what reason ,I have No idea ,even he wasn't able to tell me his price increase reason.
  I just didn't have time to enter a legal fight ,I wanted to get back to my house ASAP because I left it since his workers started ,I couldn't take the smell of paint and dust at home. I was like a refugee within that painting period and even though I got Covid ,I had to rest in another place. Not to mention he was holding some of the cabinet doors as hostages so he would make sure I pay him ( Perhaps he knew what he had done) although I never had any problem paying him. WRITE A CONTRCAT EVEN A SIMPLE ONE , DON'T BE SATISFIED WITH WORDS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SUFFER THE WAY I DID AND PAYING ANOTHER PERSON TO RE PAINT THE CABINETS .

  The owner, Emilio, and his crew did exceptional work refinishing my kitchen and family room cabinets, as well as my staircase and front door. The house looks new and refreshed. Emilio and his crew are prompt, courteous, and very tidy. They cleaned up everyday and always showed up on time. I would highly recommend 3E Painting and Custom Refinishing!

My vast experience required hiring and overseeing numerous contractors of all trades over the entire USA and Puerto Rico. In addition I have supervised numerous remodels on my own properties. Very recently I was searching for a contractor to "refinish" my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and refinish my family room bar.   We remodeled part of our kitchen and bar areas. We wanted our dated, light colored oak painted to match our new color scheme. Emilio and his team did a great job. They’re work is excellent and thorough. They moved the contents carefully and prepped the work area with care. We couldn’t be more pleased and recommend Emilio and his team without reservation!
