    Had a very awesome experience with Joe. He was always on time and got my fence done for me is just 2 days. Very please with the work done and would highly recommend!!!

    OK, my last review gets even worse. He finally did show up and then told me the battery he sold me as "new" was no longer good and I need to pay for another one. Batteries have warranties so he told me it did not which means he lied to me and sold me a used battery. When I refused to pay for another one he said OK buy your own then. I said "Please bring back the battery I paid you for" and I will have to take you to small claims court. AS of today - gate still not working. He is a complete "shyster" - and has no qualms of taking advantage of a single widow. Do NOT ever call this company for anything. I am going to have to sue him for the money I paid for nothing.

    I am currently very disappointed in this company. David Montenegro came out "the son" and charged me $2500 to repair my gate. It still did not work. After another $350 to change the remote control - it still did not consistently work. After replacing the remote control - it STILL does not consistently work. And when he replaced the faulty remote (this is all within a couple of months) - he tried to charge me a 'trip charge' for his trouble. I told him that I felt I had payed plenty already and that I did not feel I owed him anymore. Since then he has not showed up on several promised days to make it right and now will not answer my calls or come back and fix it because he knows I will not pay him any more money. A VERY unhappy customer. As of now, my gate still doesn't work.

    3M Custom Fence has been in business for almost 20 years. Every time I need either a new fence or deck, I can always count on 3M Custom Fence. They do not scam people. Joe and his company are honest and trustworthy. This is a legit business that provide awesome work!

    Possible Scam?

    I was searching for a Fence repair company and found 3M Custom Fence. I contacted them and within a few hours a gentleman who identified himself as the owner's son stopped by for a quote. He quoted me a price and asked for half down for materials (10 boards) so $250 down. I mentioned I could meet him at Home Depot so we scheduled a meet time for 9am the next morning. He said he would call me while at Home Depot. Never called, I contacted him at 11am followed by a call to his so called father. Neither returned a call. May me wonder if this might have been a scam so I felt I should warn others just in case. I'm glad I did not give him half down, which would have only been $250 because I had no means to locate him and I fear I would have lost my money.
