**SMALL BATHROOM REMODEL** I do not recommend them, look elsewhere, they are nothing but headaches, especially Moises. We were looking to partially remodel our small bathroom and upgrade our electrical panel however, we opted not to hire them for our electrical based on the horrible experience we had with the bathroom. Moises is unprofessional, unorganized, he never writes anything down and it shows, he pokes fun at his customers on Instagram and lacks experience, all he does is point at things in his videos. He does not stay with his crew but makes them stay past 7pm and rarely answers his phone. The workers are great, no complaint with them. We were supposed to be without our bathroom for 7 business days and it ended up being 31 days! Initially, they were great with the consult and in order for us to book with them we needed to put a $1,000 deposit which secured our spot to have work completed and we did. A few days prior to the work being started Moises called to notify us that he was still working on another job and HE wanted to know if we wanted our money back .. strange but no, (we should have known what was to come) instead we said, we were okay to push back our project but HE insisted that he could do both, (WRONG). At our consult we selected our bathroom vanity, paint, vanity handles, and tile. On the very first day that work began, he and his crew were 30 minutes late, he forgot all of our choices and I had to remind him. That very first day of our project he went to pick up our bathroom vanity and then he called me to notify me that the vendor no longer had that vanity (he should have checked prior to offering it to us, keep in mind it had only been 2 days from the selection day to pick up day). Same issue for our tile selection. Also, our toilet was fairly new and we told him we wanted to keep it but, he threw it away, then had to take it out of the trash. Another day he said he'd arrive to work on our bathroom at 10am and instead showed up at 8am.. communication is not his strong suit. Once our alternative bathroom vanity was ready, he delivered it, left, and his crew worked until 9pm and installed it however, it was massive and it did not fit our space. When we called him that evening to notify him he didn't answer, we called him 4 times plus a text, he finally answered and said "sorry I need to shower and head out", unprofessional. He insisted that the vanity was the smallest size.. wrong.. We tried to have a conversation with him but he was very defensive, rude, insisted we "don't know", and the end result was he was no longer welcome at our home. Jose, who is his father and business owner came to our home a few days later to have a conversation with us at our request and he had no idea of the chaos his son was causing. Jose finished the job with a smaller bathroom vanity but nonetheless, it ruined our experience. We will never recommend them to anyone.
