3R's Construction & Remodeling

My wife and I just had some work done through 3R;s Construction. We had our backyard and some of outside of the house worked on. It is always a little stressful tying to hire a person or company. Not really knowing what you might be getting yourself into. Though we were very happy with how everything turned out. Not only was 3R's workers very professional and respectful. They were very fast and got on the job just a few days once the deposit was made. Jeff who was the person I was in contact with. Was very helpful and anytime I had a question via a email. His response was always within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have some work done. It is very nice to know that in the future my wife and I have a very good company to use for any future projects. Thanks again 3R's for being such a great experience. Trust me I know from just last summer its is not alway the case.

Big thanks to Duane for always answering our questions. Jeff was great a keeping us informed of the project standings. Ken was the best crew leader ever. He was always letting us know what was going on and being very helpful with decisions we had to make regarding our remodel. We had all but 2 rooms of our house worked on during our remodel, and can say without a doubt that we will use only 3 R's in the future.

We used 3R's for our kitchen counter tops. At first we were worried since we had a few concerns about the job. However, we were pleasantly surprised that when we voiced the concerned we got a call from the owners the same day. They came out looked at and discussed our concerns and went over and above to address them all. I cant say how happy we were to see a company that values their customers this way. Its not often that we have seen such a great response from company management, let alone the owners themselves. Thank you guys! we couldn't be happier with our new counter tops.

Ken, Jessika and James provided excellent customer service while patiently listening to, then answering, 50 questions about my home repair. I’m grateful to Ken for his integrity and experience shared to complete the project – I returned over $300.00 worth of unnecessary supplies, following his guidance.

I've needed to have professional testing for radon in our home since we learned from a home test that our count was high. When I left a message on 3Rs 'contact us' home page asking them to test for radon, I was skeptical of hearing back. The next morning Duane called and scheduled to come by and bring testing equipment. He was here within the hour! I find this kind of service is unusual and greatly appreciated! Looking forward to working with you on this radon event as well as on several other projects. Thank you!

3 R's construction did an amazing job on our bathroom and entryway remodel. They were invaluable with dealing with our home insurance company and helped us get through the difficult waters that the insurance company was putting us through.They were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future home improvement.

I called in a panic because we needed repairs done on our home within a week in order to close our sale on time. The weather was not promising for the entire week except for the day after I called. Duane had an estimate to me the same day and had a crew of 4 out to do several repairs due to dry rot and electrical. They accomplished all of it and Matt and his crew were very professional and took time to explaine things that needed done above the original estimate. Although the cost seems a bit high it was worth getting this done so quickly!

We needed new gutters on our home. They responded almost immediately when I asked for a quote and then exceeded my expectations. They were fast and friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

I found myself in a position where we needed a contractor I could trust- and 3R’s came highly recommended. We had wind damage to my late father’s home four hours away from where I live, and dealing with the insurance issues and trying to oversee the work would be difficult at best. 3’R’s handled everything from start to finish, including the insurance negotiations! 3’R’s did exactly as they promised, and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Duane and his crew at 3Rs are really top notch. We were not really expecting to have to tear our kitchen apart and re-model it, but that is how it played out. 3Rs had originally come to our house to clean up a mess under our house caused by some old pipes. The service itself was at a price that was hard to beat. When Dom had finished his work under our house, he noticed the water damage that had recently occurred from the dish washer in our kitchen. After a few pictures and a meeting with Duane, 3Rs was able to work with our insurance company to replace everything that was damaged, and then some. Duane and Casey worked with us, and around our schedule, to get everything done to our specifications. Our satisfaction was one of their main concerns, and that is something to appreciate.

My old dishwasher had flooded the kitchen, ruined the flooring, and flooded my basement below. We were nervous because we have heard so many terrible stories of insurance companies and bad contractors but when the representative from 3Rs came out he was very courteous and sympathetic for our loss that we knew we had found the right contractor. 3Rs had a crew here working on cleaning up the enormous mess and removing the water and damaged flooring. They were careful around our pets and went out of their way to keep things neat and tidy. Duane, the owner worked directly with my insurance company and he managed to get them to increase the amount they were willing to pay so we could get this project done right. We are so happy with our new kitchen and flooring and happy to say we had a GREAT experience during a difficult time. One of the nice surprises was they would arrive when they said they were going to, stayed on budget (not counting the things we added along the way), and were very professional. We couldn’t have been happier with how fast the work was done and the quality of the work. We are planning to have the deck re-build this summer and definitely will be calling 3Rs Construction to do the work. We would recommend 3Rs to anyone who is asking!

We needed a section of underlayment and subfloor boards replaced quickly before installing laminate flooring in our newly purchased home. 3R's Construction Management were able to evaluate and repair the floor section the same day I called. I was very impressed with 3R's, and would use them again for home repair or remodeling needs in the future.

3R's has performed extensive work for our family: complete kitchen remodel, complete bathroom remodel, installed French drainage system in front and back yards, replaced gutters, replaced garage doors and openers, installed kitchen on lower level, turned one-half bath into full bath, installed bamboo floors, and even came to kill the huge Brown Recluse spiders we discovered when we first moved in to our home. 3R's is trustworthy, their work is not only excellent it is guaranteed. They are speed dial worthy and now my best friends in Salem.

Duane West, CEO, helped me tremendously in dealing with a mold issue in my apartment. Duane has gone above and beyond to provide professional advice on some very complex remediation issues, and I highly recommend him without exception. The management company was saying there was no mold, and Duane pulled one of his guys off of another job to have him at my place in Monmouth in less than an hour to get the contact tests done and sent off to a third-party testing facility out of state -- which provided a very detailed, professional report confirming molds that I could use with attorneys and with the management company. Duane's immediate grasp of the gravity of the situation and his willingness to act quickly made all the difference in my outcome. He has been unfailingly thorough, cooperative, and professional; and I will definitely use him and 3R's Construction for any future construction needs or mold remediation issues.

They are the best! Thank you Duane, Jim, Carl, and the rest of the crew. Signed the contract on Friday, picked out the paint colors and left them on table inside the house, left Sunday for a scheduled mini- vacation to Leavenworth WA, got home Tuesday and the job was 99.9% completed. We started looking around for the cameras, we thought we were on "House Makeover". They were back the next morning and finished the job. We would recommend this company for its honesty, professionalism, quality of work, and promptness. They cut brush away from the house, DE-mossed the very steep roof, replaced damaged siding, painted the exterior. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
