He is a nice guy and does good work, but he will break you. Stay away. He fooled me I hate to say. He charged me over $3,000 for a job that only took him about 3 hours and some PVC pipe. I asked for a breakdown of material and labor and he wouldn't give me any. He reduced the price to $2,500 after I complained. But never again. Such a rip-off.
