4 Seasons Remodeling & Design

We were very luck to find and hire Jacob and his crew of remodelers at 4 Season Remodeling & design. For a while, we were searching for a contractor that can remodel our master bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor patio (within our budget based on research that we did for this type of work). Jacob was the project manager and from the first meeting that we had with him, he was available and show us how he take the time to meet us (before we signed the agreements) in order to go over and over the design that his office did based on our requirements. He was honest with us about the budget factor and gave us several options about what he can do within that amount so there will be no hidden or additional costs during the work. Right after we approved the design and plans, the work started and Jacob visited the house at least every other day and sometimes - every day to make sure that everything is on track and that there are no mistakes or problems. This was our first remodel at that house so we had questions/concerns and Jacob was available to us via phone and text. Jacob's crew always made sure to clean up at the end of the day (because we have young children). They were professional and pleasant to have in the house and they were very nice to us. Based on our experience with them, I can say that all the people that were at my house, were hard workers and they completed the remodeling earlier than the date that Jacob promised to us. Our neighbors, friends and family keep comment to us all the time how beautiful the remodeling came out. We love our new house and the new rooms and are very happy we found him and look forward to working with him again!

My Husband and I just completed the remodeling of our kitchen, bathroom and the dining area and it was remodeled by 4 Season Remodeling & design. Before we hired 4 Season Remodeling & design for this large scale remodeling project, we were overcome with all the required decisions we had to take concerning the new design of the kitchen and we needed to make sure that the new look and functionality of it will make the most logic for us regarding the style and budget. We did our research for the right contractor for about 3 months more or less and it only when we met and talked to Jacob, we felt assured that everything will be carefully implemented in our new project in which it was completely priced well and competitive. In the kitchen area: we removed 2 walls in which we planned to do so the space will get a much bigger open space, relocated the double sink, refrigerator & dishwasher, added a new garden window above the new sink location, enlarged the kitchen overall space and take down all the popcorn ceiling. The new dining area space is now a much larger space that allows us to host 10 people around the new dining table in which was significant to us. New wood floor, 8” new stained crown molding, LED recessed light with Wi-Fi home automated switches, large sconces and new paint color for the entire walls and ceiling which made the space very pleasant to use when we have dinners, cooking or even just to look at. In the bathroom remodeling we kept most of the same layout but we demolished it to the studs and rebuild it completely while allowing Jacob’s to provide us with several options regarding the colors and materials. The whole remodeling project was finished in about 6.5 weeks from the starting date. Everyone who was working at the house, worked very hard and we could see changes on a daily basis. They were very good, clean and came to work on time on a daily basis. If we had any comment of question, Jacob was there for us always even if it was during the weekend. More than that, he visited the house on regular bases. The foremen was on top of everything at any time. We want to thank Jacob and everyone who was involved at this project for designing, managing executing this amazing project for us and for realizing the design goal.

We hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to remodel our house by converting the master bathroom, master bedroom and the kitchen so it will have all the features that a person with mobility limitations can have. As senior citizens, we decided to convert our other bathroom at the house to a full bathroom that includes a shower. This remodeling was a major project for us and we had to leave the house for the time of the remodeling which includes the extension of the house by 10 feet. 4 Season Remodeling & design was one of 6 contractors that we considered for this type of work. Because of the reputation that they have (based on the research that our son did for us about them) and because we were impress by the detailed estimate. We decided to hire them and to allow them do this work, and honestly enough - we are so happy we did. During the remodeling, Jacob from 4 Season Remodeling & design was very considerate of our needs/requirements and he was very professional in his work. From the first day of the demolition stage until the delivery of the keys back to us, we can tell that they provided a skilled work force every step of the way. Both bathrooms came out like a piece of art from the walls to the counter tops, the ceramic tiles floors and the showers. The accessible master bathroom was professionally done and we are thankful every day to Jacob and the actual workers that did the work for its functionality. The new mater bathroom includes a shower, accessible entry, grab bars and accessible counters. As well as being functional it is beautiful. 4 Season Remodeling & design has been great company to work with and to hire for my project. I remember that while we were in a search to buy a house, we passed by a home that was in a process of remodeling and we loved what we saw from the outside. We even spoke to the person there (which was the owner of the house) and he said great things about his contractor, so we took from him the number just in case we will need it in the future. We knew that we have to hire this company to come over and to see what we will do for our new house when we buy one. After we purchased our house, we needed to do several improvements and we had strict budget for that in which we thought that it will be the best to call this contractor and to ask him to come over and check out what we want.
What we did not know is that someday after purchasing our house and live there for close to a year, we will have unknowingly twist of luck that will require us to have a contractor come over and correct the problems and issues. The copper pipes were no good and exploded after we had a leak and cracking tiles throughout the home at the time of purchase. I wish it would have been under easier circumstances but thank god, we still had the contact information of this contractor. After contacting Jacob from 4 Season Remodeling & design, we scheduled a meeting for him to come over and see the problems AND to give us estimate to remodel the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom.
Jacob and the workers from 4 Season Remodeling & design were on top of things and did a fantastic work in a pretty good timeframe. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! I mean that not many contractors are capable to perform big project such as ours and mainly on time and as agreed.

We originally expected from the first contractor that we meet and asked for estimate will be able to at least provide some referrals that can confirm the works that they did. We quickly learned that all contracting companies are not the same. We feel very lucky to have Jacob and his team worked at our house. The team and Jacob fixed, rebuilt, replaced, improved, painted, hanged, washed, installed and repaired everything we agreed and even more and all of that in order to make our home functional and beautiful again. This project was handled promptly and professionally. 4 Season Remodeling & design was very concise, making my experience from 4 Season Remodeling & design renewed my confidence in general contractors-- his team is absolutely amazing! Here's about our experience with Jacob Harel and his workers. I purchased a home and when I moved into the home, the kitchen was the main space at the house that I wanted to remodel. More than that, the master bedroom at the house turned out to have numerous issues that needed me to remodel it as well. That was the time when I started shopping around for a general contractor that can do it. My plan was to search and ask people that I know if they know any one and to search online for a contractor that will be responsible and reliable. Then, to meet with each one of them and try to compare apple to apple so I will know what I get myself into. After meeting with several companies and one man construction companies, I decided to go with a friend recommendation... 4 Season Remodeling & design. The first weekend that Jacob Harel came to the house, he brought with him many samples of work that he did in the past for others and few samples of materials such as cabinets, paint color combinations etc. The first meeting was very good and productive. Jacob Harel explained me his general idea of things that he would like to do and as part of his estimate, he will make me a 3D design of the new kitchen so I will have a close idea of how the new one will look like. During all my meetings with Jacob Harel, I didn’t have the feeling that he is trying to push the sale or to add me items that I don’t need o asked for. After 2 additional meetings, we wrapped the deal and Jacob Harel provided me with a work schedule so will be on top of the things and I will know what will be done and when. The kitchen work started after a week and during that week, bulk items start to arrive the house. Jacob Harel and his office staff organized the deliveries and they actually made sure that no delays will happened with them. Work went as scheduled and the workers worked fast and clean. The new kitchen was completed after 3 weeks of heavy work and the last payments proved me that no hidden charges were added to the final bill as Jacob Harel promised me. Good work results, Great people to deal and work with and reliable as well.

We hired 4 season remodeling & design a new look for our outdoor project. The project that we wanted to do included hardscape work, fencing & gates, water feature, lighting and landscaping. Before meeting with Jacob (the supervisor), we met with another landscape company person who was going to charge about 2.5 times more than 4 season remodeling & design. During the remodeling process, Jacob, was a pleasant person to deal with. We appreciated his honesty, low pressure approach, originality and desire. The main positive thing that we appreciated was that Jacob worked within our budget & he respected that we really needed to stick with our limits. Other than designing the overall look, 4 season remodeling & design also designed and built our lovely water feature. They created a calming water feature in which was once just a cross yard. We had several meetings with Jacob about this landscape project and sometimes we wanted to make additional changes to the plan. If Jacob thought that a suggestion would be an improvement, than he told us. If he thought we were making a wrong decision, he will respectfully clarified why he thought it wouldn't work. What we appreciated throughout this project was the high quality of skills and obligations to customer service and satisfaction from Jacob and his entire working crew. When it comes to subcontractors, each of Jacob recommendations about any sub-contractor (I.e., paver contractor, fencing & gates) ended in a high quality people and product. Jacob own crew built such a unique and beautiful water feature. They cautiously choosing rocks and designing the feature's look. All the involved workers on our project, took such pride in their workmanship. We are extremely happy. We strongly recommend Jacob and 4 season remodeling & design for any outdoor work.

My first goal was to search and find the right contractor to remodel my kitchen because it’s not a secret that they are so many of scam artists and terrible contractors that claim they can do anything. I came across 4 Season Remodeling & design on the internet and liked the pictures that they have in their website, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Sofia and she was very professional and seemed to know what she was talking about. I asked to schedule an appointment with Jacob Harel and he was really fast to respond and after the first meeting that we had, Jacob Harel gave me an estimate for the remodeling project. The price for the work was good, although I was sure that Jacob Harel and his guys are the best and even though it might be a expensive, it would be done right with no problems or unfinished project. Juan the most amazing worker in my opinion was so focused to our needs. I can see why 4 Season Remodeling & design hired him because he was always on top of things like no one! If it was a simple question/concern, Juan was always in contact with Jacob Harel. Juan was always on time to start the day of work and he worked so hard. Unfortunately, we had few issues with some of the other workers that were part time and Juan fixed all of them immediately. The work was in fact an outstanding work and it came out gorgeously. The vendors that were hired by Jacob Harel for some other sections of the remodeling were professional too and they completed their tasks on time which was very good too because remodeling can be very deadly sometimes if they are not organized properly. These guys completed the remodeling in 6 weeks by doing a huge project that contained 300 sq/ft bathroom and a 800 sq/ft kitchen. It was a big project and draining but 4 Season Remodeling & design definitely stood up to the task and they provided a top notch service! Juan and Jacob Harel did a great job.
