I have had the privilege to work with 4012 Builders Construction. As a homeowner currently renovating a new buy it is nice to know there are no shortcuts taken and all work is completed to the highest standard. I recommend 4012 Builders Constructions for any work that may need to be done. 4012 Builders recently did a full bathroom remodel for us. All elements of the room were redone, including floor, ceiling, cabinets, sink, vanity, lights, mirror, toilet, and a full tub conversion to tiled walk-in shower. The only things not replaced were the bathroom doors (which were refinished).
Russ and and his crew did an amazing job and were very professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Russ is super attentive to detail, and made sure we were satisfied and everything was done exactly right. He is very good at coordinating specialists to complete their respective areas of expertise, and was excellent communicating with us and scheduling when work would be done.
4012 Builders are well connected with local suppliers, and are super flexible in working around supply-chain issues and related delays, always working to keep things moving forward and to minimize any disruptions such as having no working toilet or running water. Russ is very responsive to address any emergent issues, such as surprise leaks, and provides a 2 year warranty on all work done by his company or associates.
We look forward to having 4012 Builders do more work for us in the future.
