We are a homeowner under guarantee and this company plumbed our home. They forgot to plumb the water to the refrigerator so they went through the ceiling down the kitchen wall into the manifold and hooked it into the hot water manifold. A technician was sent out twice and their solution was to insulate the pipe in the attic when a simple fix would have been to go through the wall behind the refrigerator and plumb into the cold water pipe which is 8" away. They refused to fix correctly and would only insulate the pipe in the attic which left us liable for water damage if the pipe froze. I am disappointed in the quality of work and their refusal to fix correctly.
