Five stars are not enough. Michael and Andrew are outstanding. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, came to my home to do a walk through, prepared a detailed plan specific to my home, and then came back to show me what they planned and explained everything clearly. They answered every question I had, and responded quickly every time I called, texted or e-mailed. When it came time to order the equipment, they covered every detail. They did a great job installing the heat pumps and mini-splits. I now have an amazing heating and cooling system for the entire home and am not dependent on oil. Michael and Andrew treated my home like it was their own. Seriously, they are amazing. After the install Michael and Andrew came back to show me everything about the system, helped me connect all the units to WiFi (which is awesome) and gave me a tablet to use to remotely set the units from anywhere (with accessible WiFi).
I can't say enough about how well Michael and Andrew treated me. And, of course, they are approved for the MassSaves program.
