    Having been an Independent Insurance Agent for almost 40 years and dealing with roofing I met Lloyd Lantz many years ago.
    The foremost part of any home is the roof. And 3 years ago I had a leak in my screened in porch. Long story short, Lloyd came and brought a crew who sealed a valley that was the culprit and i spent $250 to fix the problem.
    Fast forward to this year and being in Claims now we found we had hail damage to the Roof and some gutters.
    I called Lloyd and he handled all aspects of the Roof replacement and Gutters.
    Again Long story short - HIGH QUALITY ROOFING BETTER THAN OLD AND NEW GUTTERS WITH GUTTER GUARDS!!!!! My wife is happy to it is true, Happy wife Happy life!
    The crew on roof and gutters made the repairs fast, efficient and FANTASTIC!!!

    453 Roofing replaced our roof a few months ago, did a great job, but this morning we noticed the top of the furnace cap blew off in the wind, we called Lloyd Lantz and with 2 hrs he had a guy out replacing it. What service!!! The Best!!!

    Very pleased with this roofing experience. Whitney was very professional and never made me feel rushed. He was one of the few companies that took time to come out and speak to me when giving the estimate. He answered all of my many questions and was very well priced. Roof was installed quickly with great clean up and looks great. I would highly recommend 435 roofing.
