I saw that customer service was near non-existent within the roofing industry, so I developed a company with emphasis on customer service.
I believe that the customers appreciate that I am a working boss and don't just drop the roofers off. We mainly do total roof replacement due to catastrophic event IE: Hail, Windstorm, Tree Fall, or any other weather related event. We are familiar with the insurance companies procedure involving a covered loss. From the estimating phase, restoration, to the final billing we can handle it all including all administration associated to your claim. Such as final inspections, mortgage company stipulations, local building permits, HOA requirements, building codes, and warranty registration.

We asked the 4A Roofing team to put some Xmas lights on our house -- on very short notice and they did a great job. They arrived as promised, communicated well throughout the process and all for a very fair price. They even cleaned out some junk out of the front gutters at no cost.
The lights look great and I would highly recommend them. -

I had a great experience with this company. Some contractors won't even call you back. Dain was there the next morning after I contacted them. His crew is very hardworking, fast and efficient. He sent me photos of the roof before they started, during the process and also afterwards. It was less than 2 weeks from my first conversation with him, that my roof was done. The work itself was done in under 2 days. I had both my house and garage done, and the garage needed new decking. He is the best contractor I believe I have ever hired, and I highly recommend his company.

I wouldn't recommend this company for roofing or siding. Workmanship terrible and delay after delay. My mother hired this company because they knocked at the door and told her they could get the hail damage paid for by the insurance carrier, but what she didn't know is that the workmanship would be terrible and that they would "drag their feet" on the project.

"Does excellent work and they do get it right."
A hail storm in Pleasant Hill Missouri totaled the roof on my house. I had been waiting for an estimate for a couple of weeks, from a roofing company I had used for repairs and roofing on another home.
Dain with 4A Roofing knocked on my door, I answered the door just as he was walking away. We started talking about the roof, which was a mess before the hail storm and looked real bad. After talking while about the roof he asked if it would okay if he checked it out, I said okay. He looked under the shingles at the edge of the roof and noticed it had the freeze guard under it and he said that was good. He looked at the rest of the roof and said there was a lot of damage from the hail, which the insurance company had already totaled.
Dain told me about his company. The products he carried, the warranties and commitment to quality work. After talking to him about all of it, I was impressed with him and with the information he showed me about his company and pictures of work they had done on other homes. So I decided to go with his company.
They started work in less than two weeks after signing the agreement for them to do all the repairs. I was really impressed with their work and that Dain did not just drop off his roofers, he would be working with them replacing the roof when he was not busy working with other clients. They found a lot of problems with the roof once they got into it. Dain showed me pictures and videos he had taken of the roof problems they found, that were not part of the hail damage. Things that were wrong with previous work on the home.
The work 4A Roofing did was fantastic. I had the house painted last fall and with this new roof, it looks like a new house. His roofers were professional and worked long hours to get it completed. I recommend to anyone that needs a new roof or other work done on their home to contact Dain at 4 A Roofing.He states on his web site:

I can tell you he is serious about it. That is exactly how they work.

4A Roofing LLC is an excelent company. Dain was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure, and the estimate was broken down to pricing for each item including tax. Other companies just gave me a list of things to be done with a grand total at the bottom. Dain always made time for our questions even before we settled on them. Mike and his crew were awesome. They were professional,quick, and friendly. And they were 4A employees not subcontracters. We talked to many companies and 4A is the best by far. We would give them all ten stars if we could.
