In my above rating they had not completed the work. It has been less than 1 year and I would never recommend 4C Sons Construction LLC or Buildzoom.com for that matter. The men doing our remodel didn't have the experience they told us with installing IKEA cabinets. My husband fixed most of the things they did wrong with the cabinets. However we contacted Mr. Clay about the tile work he did. Just 1 month after they finished the "job" the grout began crumbling and the tiles started clicking when walked on. We got no response even after sending a certified letter telling him we needed to speak to him about things that needed attention. He signed a paper stating all things they did was considered above industry standards and was under warranty for 1 year. Since we couldn't get any response we have no other options but to take him to court. DO NOT HIRE 4 C Construction LLC! You will be sorry!
