After Harvey flooding we received a competitive quote from Mr Sparky for a whole house rewire and Winston was very professional. His workers seemed to do be doing great work. After walls went up there were a few outlets they had to uncover which isn't on them but after "completion" I have found outlets that don't work, wires (1) 110V and (1) 220V for appliances that aren't connected in the breaker box. (4) 220 outlets in my garage not connected to the breaker box, GFCI outlets that aren't operational or faulty, and a fan that randomly shuts off and comes back on by itself. I had reached out a couple of times and someone was sent out and found an outlet still covered by drywall and since then we have received no response. When asked who to make the check to when paying he said make it out for 4C Unlimited... Didn't even think about it being different until recently when wife was going through receipts and noticed this change from being quoted from Mr Sparky but paying his company 4C Unlimited.
