Contractor accepted money to start working on project, he was then unreachable, no work was completed, after a month he finally responded and withdrew from the project. Funds were not returned after numerous requests, he became belligerent. Talked with the registrar of contractors they have had numerous complaints, you can also find a few on AZ BBB site.
Avoid Eddie at all costs.
