Grant gave an estimate for removing the old deck and replacing it with Trek construction. The work was done very efficiently, and the finished deck and railings really looked fine. I received many compliments on the work from friends and relatives. The workmen were very considerate and polite. They cleaned up the work area when the were finished each day. The front deck was impressive enough that I had them redo the back deck. From now on I will contact 5 Elms for any work I need done on my home.

Contracted 5 Elms to remove linoleum and install @ 250 ft.-sq of porcelain tile in several rooms. Grant and his team were nice people, but 5 Elms project communication is horrible resulting in one room being laid in different 'style' than others; owner specified grout not being used, resulting in major sealing & hazing issues, much wasted efforts by owner and workers. Many 'no-show' days by owner. Materials delivered to site with no apparent application. Seriously non`responsive to phone calls. When there was a (delayed) response to eMails it was obvious initial requests and info hadn't been read. t could never in good faith recommend 5 Elms for tile work.

Fantastic job on a very large project on our vacation home in Sunriver,Oregon. Extensive detailed hard floor installation throughout entire home. Painted interior and exterior of the home-mulitple colors, new fireplace, repair/rebuild of water damaged room, and built gorgeous upper deck and railing.Very hard working, reliable and meticulous. I will definitely hire them to do our next renovation/remodel.
