I generally do not leave bad reviews. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and correct an error if they a willing. I tried with 5 star, but to no avail. To start: Pedro was sent out from my home warranty for leaks that started happening from the second floor pipes dripping down first floor ceiling. I explained they were probably slow leaks since it occurred during running the faucets for a 15 min shower in one bathroom and bath in the other. He ran the faucets literally 15-20 seconds max then went down to see no drip (did he not understand minuets, not seconds?) I showed him video I took of the dripping from the ceiling in both locations and he said "OK... send that to me... So I air dropped him the 2 videos and he said that is what he needed. He was here 10-15 min. max. Next thing I know the report to AHS (warranty) was there was no leaks!!! I called Pat (I am guessing the office manager, She was nice enough.) several times telling her I wanted Nick to come and reevaluate... She said every time he was busy with something so she would let him know. This is the 3rd week now and no response from him. I called yesterday morning and told Pat if I do not hear from him by the end of the day then I am done giving him a chance to make things right. Truly bad business.

I am writing this to inform whoever is in charge of this company, I wanted to give some information about not getting service when I needed it this past weekend.
I had a technician who gave me his personal number to contact him if I needed help and I did.
I felt the technician and call handler never returned my calls or texts. The technician never let me explain my problem instead telling me not to call, hung up on me, blocked my calls, and wouldn’t pick up my calls. I felt that was very unprofessional of him to treat his customers like that.
I also had sent text to the number (321-263-9509) that was indicated on their website. And again no response as I felt I was being ignored intentionally.
Since I never received any kind of help, I called another company to help me with my problem.
If I ever needed a plumbing company again for anything through my home warranty, I feel I would have to finder another company in the list instead of 5 Star Air Quality and Plumbing.
I have had jobs done by the same technician in the past and I never had any problems; he even had done a great job.
I just wanted to express my thoughts and my feelings about the 5 Star Air Quality and Plumbing.
Thank you and I am sorry to say I will not be using your company in the future. -

I am in the construction industry so I know allot of Air conditioning contractors and plumbing companies. No company can hire all perfect people and sometimes things happen but what you want from a company is that they will fix anything, take care of all issues. You want honesty and a price based on the service not trying to trick you into paying what ever they can get you to agree to. I used to use the bigger companies like DelAir because I know allot of the guys and thought bigger would mean better, More experienced people. But bigger just means more money. And more guys hired to keep up with all of the work so the chance of a bad apple is much higher and it happens. 5 Star is a small company and Nick the owner works as hard as his team. He keeps an eye on the good and the bad performers so he can get rid of the bad seeds and be sure to keep a quality team. He has been doing it for more then 10 years that I know of for sure. I met him years ago on a job site and immediately starting getting him more work. A few years ago he and his team replaced my entire a/c system and upgraded my duct work because I had a stronger unit installed. What you get with 5 Star is experience, total honesty and conscientious ownership that will do what it takes to give you "Quality": mean while the price is fair and his product line is excellent. He just left my home having done my 6 month maintenance and changed out my UV light that is used to help fight viruses and bacteria in the air circulating in the house. You can not do better.
