August 2019 installed new ac and coil to our house. In May 2023 our AC wasn’t working. Eric came out and charged it said he needed to order a part and would be back never came back. September 2023 AC stopped working tried multiple times contacting him to have him honor his warranty work. In April 2023 tried to contact him multiple times. He contacted me one time saying rain set him back but never gave me a time he could reschedule. I never heard back from him to fix my Ac now that it’s May 2024. Myself and multiple other people have tried to contact him. He doesn’t honor his warranty work or communicate well.
