Meryl ( 5-M) built our house from an alfalfa field. He was knowledgable about inspection requirements. In fact on our final inspection there were only 2 minor issues and they were electrical. That was amazing! The subcontractors that he hired came on time, did an wonderful job and usually completed their work within the perscribed time. He had a few challenges with our house design and he worked out excellent solutions. We learned to trust his suggestions because the accessories were all of high quality and matched our tastes. Meryl was also a very amiable boss and contractor and was fun to work with.
