A terrible experience from beginning to end. We were getting a remodel and adding 178 sq. ft. to our house during the remodel. We asked for a turnkey project. That included moving our flower garden bushes and capping off the sprinkler for this area. Then putting that back in. They did neither and offered at the end of the project to add the sprinklers back in and put in the flower bed for a very high price. We signed a contract with them July 2020. They estimated to be completed in September 2020 barring any unforeseen delays. They didn't finish until March 2021, and that's because we had to push for them to come to site to work on the remodel. We reduced the amount of cabinets by about 1/3rd in the utility room. Instead we bought wire racks and just needed the brackets installed. They didn't give us any credit for the cabinets not installed, but charged too much for less than 30 minutes to hang the wire rack brackets. The tile floor in the utility room, and the laminate wood flooring in the bedroom/office are both unlevel. As long as it took just to get them to the point on installing the floors, we didn't have them come back out to re-do the floors. The owner, Jay Parker, told us multiple times he way under bid adding 178 sq. ft. and remodel two rooms and was doing us a favor. For this amount of work it cost over $40,000 just for what his guys did. Probably closer to $45,000 with constantly being told he was losing money. I would never recommend him.

I contracted with this guy Jay Parker to build a barn. Pretty simple job. Not for this guy though. Every step of the way was a hassle and always making excuses about all kinds of different problems. The job went way over budget and took 4 months longer than it should have. I regret the day I ever met Jay Parker.
