Luis did a great job getting me a good price on quartz countertop for my bathroom remodel. They did a great job, were very neat and finished it in 2 days. I have a beautiful bathroom and I’m very pleased.

These guys are awesome. Adding a 16’x16’ deck on the rear of the house. Even through the issues with the county permitting process David and Luis were just fantastic. I would highly recommend 7 Coast Builders for any project that you need.

I was looking for a local contractor to help me realize the building of my dream home. Luis was so prompt in returning my call, and after he reviewed my site, I contracted with his company to bring my project to completion. All of his people are so professional and knowledgeable that I had no worries about passing inspections. Working with Luis and his brother David was a breeze, they know their crafts and I love the work they have done in my home. We passed inspection today, and I couldn't be happier!

Extremely professional, that would be the best way to describe this company. I talked to several other contractors in the Yuma area before finding and hiring Luis and his brother David to do a remodel project for me. This was a small project. Converting an attached 263sf carport into a walk in closet and bedroom. The main structure and carport was 20 years old, but very well built. Luis and his crew had to demo stucco on one wall and then on three columns and beams. They then put in framing, designed to meet building code, had it wired the way I wanted, installed sheetrock, textured it, painted it, installed flooring, applied stucco in matching color and texture and I even had them install some concrete walk way and a section of driveway. All of this within the agreed to budget and within the time frame set forth. I would recommend 7 Coast Builders and the sub-contractors that work with them for your project.

7 Coast Builders is an amazing company to work with. They were very responsible and respectful of my home. They renewed a bathroom that was built in the 1900s and left it looking like it was built in this modern age. Thank you to Carlos, Luis, David and all the other guys who worked as well! Highly recommend if your looking for someone to get the job done. Completed this remodel in 5 days!

Overall, this young company did good work and I am pleased with results. The work was completed to schedule. Took reasonable care to protect property from over-spray. All personnel were friendly, professional and flexible, especially with special and touch up requests.
Communication prior to job of step by step process and ability to answer questions about materials could have been better. Attention to detail before painting, like some of the filling scraping, and blobs of caulking on walk and driveway could also be improved.

They were great to work with, very professional and helpful. Gave me options and advice when I asked to see what was the best choice on materials and design. My kitchen is beautiful and I am very grateful for the job they did. I highly recommend their services.
