My wife and I have used Jorge Sanchez of 777 Plumbing for many projects here at our home in Tiburon. I can without hesitation say that what Jorge brings to 777 Plumbing is a craftsman with master skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.
The first time we met Jorge was after another major plumbing contractor in Marin sent a young technician to look at our leaky toilet. First, he told us that our toilet was out of date and that the parts were no longer available. He insisted a new toilet was the only route. I wanted a second opinion.
Jorge Sanchez came out and said that our particular model--a Kohler LowBoy was absolutely worth saving. He mixed and matched some parts and had our toilet running like a top. And it still does.
He came out when our Jado shower faucets and diverter seemed seized up with calcification to the point you neede 2 hands to turn a faucet. I was pretty sure we were due for a new shower set. Jorge said, no. He asked to take the parts home for the weekend so he could clean and soak them. On Monday we had a smooth running shower. Instead of $1500 for new stuff, Jorge made it right for the cost of his visit. I don't think he charged for taking the stuff home.
When our expensive Grohe sink sprayer seemed beyond repair--and leaking under the sink, Jorge saved me a bundle by asking if I'd want to go get the spring and then showing me how to thread it into the sprayer. New sprayer and I learned something for a very low price.
Jorge is clean, punctual, polite, and serious about his craft. He won't enter your house without putting his cover booties on. You won't ever have a mess to clean up.
This isn't a planted ad and I'm not Jorge's brother in law. I'm a retired cop who knows when he's got a real pro in his corner who's fair and honest. I think he's worth the five stars and he sure has our thanks.
