    Roof

    I just had my roof done by 7M Roofing and they did a fantastic job. I was apprehensive at first. But was soon at ease. Everyone was professional and even gave me their personal cell phones to call if I had any issues. My roof was done within the next 2 days. I am beyond happy. They did everything that I needed done. Thank you 7M!! Love you guys and gals!!

    Roof my home and storage building

    My experience was - they came to my door and spoke to me about my roof. I told them that I had been getting calls all day long from roofers wanting to come out. I was actually glad that these guys made an effort to come out instead of sitting and calling. They were friendly and very professional. They got up on my roof and took pictures and showed them to me. I needed a new roof. They asked if I wanted to have them do the work. I said yes and signed a contract. The Project Manager was in contact with me the entire process. It took a little longer than expected, because the weather would not cooperate. But, it was done when I was told it would be. Great group of people that work there. I am very pleased with all the efforts and work that was done to make me feel like a valued customer and not just a number.

    I have experienced no problems with this contractor and they have made my re roofing experience flawless. Mr McClendon and his team truly took the time to make me and my husband feel wanted and secure during this process that sometimes can be slightly confusing. Our sales rep, Colton, did nothing but deliver timely communication and give us the proper steps we needed every time we had questions. Thank you 7m!!

    Just wanna warn people about these guys. They came to my door step telling they would do a free estimate. After they did the estimate they told me my roof was totaled and they could help me with filing a claim on my roof. The guy told me he just needed me to sign a form saying he could speak to my insurance company with me being present and that I could file a claim. So me being a dummy I signed. I am very new to this and don’t know much about roofing or how to file a claim. After he left I decided to look around and see what companies I could go with, then after 6 days I went ahead and decided I wanted to go with someone local and text the guy and told him I was going with someone else. He then text back saying I signed a contract and could not back out and for me to be able to cancel I would have to call and pay a 20% fee of how much they would fix my roof. Which I had no idea of. These people fooled me. I read the front of the paper which stated he could contact my insurance but on the back in very light print it states it was a contract. Which I had no clue about. I’m writing this so you all can be cautious about this company. I’m still going with another company and I am not paying them nothing when they had me believing other stuff. Like saying they would pay my deductible. Which by my understanding is illegal in Texas. I spoke to my insurance and was referred to the Better Business Bureau, I will be reporting this company.

    Mrs. Armendariz was very gracious in allowing Our representative to inspect her roof for free at which time he discovered and informed her of the storm damage to her home. She then consents to not having knowledge of insurance storm damage claims and Our representative agreed to assist her in filing her claim. In so doing she had an opportunity to review our agreement and give us authorization to speak with her insurance company in her presence. Had our representative not showed up it is very likely she would not have discovered the damage and had further damage to her home. She then had the opportunity to hire us as the general contractor and a 3 day right to withdraw from the contract prior to our meeting with her insurance adjuster. Our representative noticed she was very please that he was able to help her. 6 days later she called our representative to inform him her father was in the commercial roofing business and she would be choosing another contractor to do the work. our representative was being helpful at all conversations with her. He also told her if she now chose to choose another contractor she was in a binding contract and to rescind such she could be charged 20 percent of the total claim. Our representative did not tell her she would be charged this fee. 7M Roofing is in business to assist our clients with thier storm damage claims and property restoration. Now her complaint is to warn people of us. She had 3 days to rescind the contract and she never called our office to complain about our representative or follow the simple process to cancel the contract. We are pleased she now will be using the contractor of her choice. There are occasions we will hold people to the contractual obligations. This is why contracts or agreements are involve. In Mrs. Armendariz's case we were not yet financially invested or labored to her needs so of coarse 7M will allow her to not fulfil her written obligation. Nor did she vocalize her displeasure with our representative which would have resolved her issue without social media complaints. We are sorry for her displeasure after speaking with her father who is in the roofing business which she did not mention in her complaint.     storm repairs

    My name is Raquel and as you can see I am back, but this time is to repair a damage I did by stating that the 7m roofing co. was not very good with their responsibilities. First I was very upset and acted to fast for by the next two days they were here at my house taking care of business and so was their commitment that they did every thing that they had set out to do from the begging, not only did they put up the fence but finished all the outside projects and even finished the roof, I must say it looks beautiful, I'm in love. Thank you sooooooo much Mr.Tom McClendon, and all your great staff. I would and will recommend your co. to all who need construction or roofing work. Specially since you are a home based co. Hope you accept my apology
