7th State Builders

I take great pride in providing this review for the outstanding quality and service from the 7th State Builders Team. EVERYTHING about our build experience from scheduling the consultation to the post-build follow-up calls and visits from the owners to ensure that the service and quality of the work building our paver patio was excellent. The care and attention that we received from everyone on the 7th State team was on point. In the design and order process, they were patient with my millions of questions/changes and were able to provide solid examples of their workmanship as proof of the quality we were getting for the price.

The 7th State team also far exceeded our expectation on the timing of the project from start to finish. With rain and storms they were still done in about 8 days - that included demo of the old deck, removal of trees/bushes and building the patio.

The work team was thoughtful and took exceptional care in explaining each step of the work they were doing. (Yes!...I'm nosey when I'm spending $$ and ask a lot of questions). I was amazed at the skill as they hand-crafted my patio design to perfection!! I can't say enough about our experience and look forward to doing more business with 7th State Builders in the future. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

7th State Builders rebuilt my railings and painted my front porch. They painted and rescreened my back porch. They painted an upstairs bedroom and ripped out and retiled our master bath shower. They also did some miscellaneous jobs inside. They were neat, prompt and hard working. They addressed any concerns I may have had and took care of them. They did a great job and I would recommend and rehire them again.

We are delighted with our bathroom renovation, done by Chase & Crew. With many projects, we have found all sorts of “surprises.” This one was no different. Despite some things we had to change, the result is awesome. We are enjoying both the renovated bathroom and the expanded bedroom closet. The bedroom facelift has really improved how the space feels, and I really like the barn doors for the closet and how they look with the floors we picked. Chase was professional and dedicated to making sure that we were happy with the results. I really appreciate that! His crew members were very thoughtful, and did a fantastic job. They kept us informed and protected our floors in the “non-renovated” areas of the house. We were very impressed at their craftsmanship and dedication. They also did a superb job at cleaning up—something that many contractors nowadays don’t even attempt to do. Thank you, 7th State, Chase & Crew!

We are very pleased to have found 7th State Builders through Angieslist! We hired them to rebuild our deck, and could not be more satisfied with the result. It is beautiful and unique, so much better than we imagined it to be. Chase, the owner, arrived right on time for our first consultation, which we greatly appreciated. He walked my husband and me through the project, giving ideas and options that surpassed our vision and matched our budget -- he even talked us out of a more expensive project, which showed honesty and a commitment to the satisfaction.of his customers. From our first meeting, we could tell he has a great enthusiasm for design and quality. The work was done in a very reasonable time frame. The workers were super courteous, friendly, professional and respectful of our home, making sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. We will definitely use them for future projects.
