Brian & the whole work crew were pleasant & easy to talk to. They answered our questions & showed up when scheduled. Our roof looks great & no longer leaks! They made the process as easy as it could have been, and we are very happy that we chose New Look for this project.

The staff were all pretty fantastic. They helped with the insurance process and were extremely patient as it took forever for my insurance company to pay out. They also lent a friendly ear to just chat as they called to check in. Would highly recommend 800 New Look

The owner and all the staff try and make everything as seamless as possible. Even as we had to run circles around my mortgage company to get them to sign off on payments due to lots of red tape and lots of forms and lots of lots. They were patient with us the whole way and besides that our roof is amazing. The crew was fast and clean and we just loved working with 800 New Look.

If you decide to work with Kurt Douglas Price or 800newlook prepare to be swindled. They will take advantage of you and your insurance company. They will refuse to give you an estimate and plan to give you subpar building materials and keep large profits for themselves.
Do Not sign there agreement for them to evaluate your property after a hail storm. They will cheat you out of your right to cancel the contract after a cooling of period.
