my name is David S. i live in the city of Azusa ca. i needed some work done on my home , I contacted City Lights remodeling to paint my house and patio as well as repair part of my patio roof and install some guttering. Fabio the owner came out personally and gave me a verry reasonable quote. they finished every thing in a few days and this was during the holidays. I was extremely happy with the way it came out, I would recommend them highly.

I was looking forward to remodeling my home and even more so, I was obsessed with finding the right contractor, with just the right talent and expertise within my price range to get it done. The value I found in Allen and his crew was without doubt the very thing I was looking for. We connected pretty well and discussed at length about elements that make a good home. Instead, I’ll give you a good example of a contractor you should work with at all costs. Whenever there was an issue, a miscalculation, or an error in execution, it was never left for me to complain about or address. They always took the initiative and resolved it immediately. Even if it was a pricing issue. Neither Allen nor David came to me as regards an increase in budget, even when I was aware and probably scared, they might ask for more. They never did. That is exceptional.

I would recommend 800 Remodeling in a heartbeat. Allen and his team made us realize how remodeling could be so special. Their pricing was fair, they were authentic from start to finish, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

We hired 800 Remodeling for our kitchen remodeling after hearing about the company from a family member who previously hired them. like many, we quickly learned how good they are at remodeling. Fabio and his crew are truly at the top of their craft because the kitchen looks even better than the initial design.

I want to share some before and after photos of our home. The project and goal was to remove wood rotted fascia and eaves around the house, to remove the cosmetic blocks etc and to repaint all wooded areas afterwards. Everything looks beautiful, no more leaking, and we saved on power usage almost %60! Reliable, Trustworthy, and most importantly very professional contractor. Allen came to mu house for a free estimate after i contacted 800 Remodeling Offices. Amir talked to me and answered all my questions, with no rush, and without asking for anything in exchange. he simply cares to give valuable information. same was Allen, who followed my vision while making his recommendations, and measurements. He gave me a very reasonable price, while also giving me a detailed timeline, and steps of the projects. How we going to work on the design, what colors you should pick, styles, you name it. He is the best! The builders' team were so nice, and polite, clean and organized. It felt like they are a family working in the house. It felt very comfortable having strangers in the house. they just give you this nice feeling. Needless to say, my kitchen turned out to be AMAZING! It's 14 months after the project is completed and it looks exactly like the last day Allen was in my kitchen. allen came initially for an estimate , after talking to him for a while and comparing his prices with the rest of my estimates .
i have to say that i had a few estimates and this company wasent the cheapest but defenetly worth it, i had my roof windows and exterior of the house being restored.

Amir is an unethical contractor. Gave me quote/estimate then during the work added additional monies and tried to force me to pay extra money to complete the work. Also the work was sloppy and his crew did not clean up the work site as promised. Do not hire. You have been warned.

Amir was very prompt in responding. He came that same day to give me an estimate.The first thing he did was to show me his credentials which included his drivers lic, contractors license and insurance. He was friendly and talked freely about his work experience. He told me that he had a large work crew and could start right away. I got 3 estimates thru Buildzoom and one thru the local paper. We ended up not going with Amir. We went with the lowest bid.
