The product they sell is good. And that's all. Their customer service sucks! I have had nothing but problems with these people. It took them nearly 4 months to install my system when initially purchased. And when they finally did come out, they did not even get my system working until 4 weeks later... yup! That's right! They mounted everything to the wall and left my system off. They didn't call me to tell me this. They just let me receive my $300 mid-summer electric bill and discover on my own that they left it off. I called their CSC "Erin" and she completely blew me off. It wasn't until I wrote "Mike" a nice little email did I get some action. Even then when someone came out, he STILL didn't hook it up properly!! The circuit breakers aren't hooked up right and the solar doesn't work when the grid goes down. The salesman "Mark" took a bunch of numbers and said my appliances would work. HA! Such a liar!!
This company is just bad by all means! Unless you want to waste THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and are a glutton for self torture, go with someone else.
