Randy Agno is by far the most professional contractor my wife and I have had the pleasure to hire. We had an insurance claim for a destroyed kitchen by water break from our appliance. Not only did Randy explain in detail how he can help, he helps us with questions and the red tape from the insurance companies.
We kept him busy long after the kitchen was remodeled. Had him take out a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen. He helped the engineer figure out how to transfer the structural shear load when the engineer was at a loss for a solution. We were so fortunate to be able to get rid of that wall separating the formal dining room from the kitchen.
He built is a custom electric fireplace saving us a ton on our gas bill each month.
The new 12’ by 8’ multi slide patio door is amazing.
Anyone is lucky if you can get Randy to do your project.
Don’t forget to supply the Peanut M&M’s and Cold Cocal Cola Classic Original and it’s gotta be cold. He puts that in his contracts so he knows you’ve read it. If you don’t ask about the M&M’s and Coca-Cola he knows you didn’t read it and is happy to explain the contract.
He truly cares about people and he goes out of his way to fix things that aren’t even in his agreement with you. He cleaned and repainted our black mailbox and it was like new.
