**BEWARE** RUDE AND DISCOURTEOUS!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SREVICE. MICHELLE is very condescending and rude. The type of company that will leave you hanging for days and than be rude when you call in for updates on deadlines they had given. I had a pending contract with this company and had given them every opportunity to earn our business. We finally became discouraged with the lack of professionalism and communication and moved on to a more reputable company here in the Phoenix area. Our mutual friend, the referral had basically told them they were blowing it and to not let Michelle communicate with us anymore. The owner failed to do so, Michelle called and again was rude and said she didn't think her company could make us happy and perform the work we were asking. I asked her why she couldn't have just came out and said that. She hung up. Unbelievable. Luckily we had already made other arrangements.
