I hired this company to repair and remodel my small master bathroom which had a leak as well as repair my downstairs bathroom which had a leak from the a Broken toilet wax ring (which was causing mold) not only did the project take months to start after deposit was made but the project manager lied about the time saying permits were needed and he was let go of my project. then they didn’t properly seal the shower so there multiple cracks between floor and wall which after project was done water still leaked and my father had to seal for me but also they claimed to fix my bathroom but actually just resealed my toilet but never removed and repaired it so the leak continued on causing widespread mold the man sent back to correct the problem allegedly Removed all the mold and was also supposed to fix the cracks but left one day and never came back. My master shower is an uneven surface with puddles of water collecting in different areas and doesn‘t drain with out using a glass squigi to drag the water to the drain!!! after all the crap and bullshit from this company I recently decided to choose a different company to Reno my kitchen and requested they pull up the tile in my bathroom so I have the same tile throughout kitchen and bathroom and when they removed the tile border on the wall …. Guess what they found!!!! MOLD !!!!! They never fixed that area …. do not use this company unless you want anxiety everyday and constantly being pissed off with a project that extends to months full of lies and an end result of a sloppy mess that cost a shit ton of money
