My husband is deployed and I have a full time job, a toddler, and an infant - so when something goes wrong it can be a little stressful. When I arrived home one evening in April to find the house a balmy 80 degrees, I called (not expecting any one to be able to help since it was about 4:30pm). Steven arrived 30 min later and stayed until almost 8:30 fixing our leaks and making the A/C work. It was wonderful! 3 July at around 4pm, our A/C started doing the same thing, and since it was right before the holiday, I completely expected just to schedule an appointment for the 5th. I called 911 Heating and Air and once again, 30min later Steven was out and repaired another leak with no charge. I am so relieved to have a contractor I can trust and rely on when my husband is away, and I would recommend this company to any one in need of this type of service! Thanks Steven and Crew for taking excellent care of us!
