    Carroll Moore, the plumber, was extremely slow in returning calls or addressing issues with his work. We only had him because the person we bought our house from had hired him to correct some plumbing. We've been in the house for 3 mths and are still addressing issues with it. This last time around I have called Carroll multiple times to come fix some of the pex that is leaking after he installed it. He is not returning my calls and it's been over a week now. My father is a licensed plumber in Ohio. He was here this past wknd and looked at Carroll's work. He was beside himself at how sloppy everything was. He showed me several areas of concern for future leaks and breakdown of the tubing, as well as, things that were done completely wrong. All-in-all, he may be cheaper, but there's a reason for that. Pick somebody else to do your job. You want it done right the first time around.
