    He is a scam, fraud, dishonest, a liar, and will take your money and run. Will leave your work unfinished after delaying and delaying asking for funds upfront. we made a contract with this contractor back in December of 2023 for our ADU project. It's been two years and and still not finished.
    Terry Glen Young and his staff will take their sweet time and won't get your project done!
    Stop these fraud people from taking money from victims such as us and getting away with it.
    Don't give him contracts. He is a lie. Be aware.

    Don't do it. Save yourself from this company: A&A Contracting dba Dry Express Restoration. They just want to get the contract and once they have collected your money up front, they lag and lag. They don't communicate well within themselves and nobody knows what the other is doing , the owner Terry takes his sweet time for everything , the owners favorite word is it will be ready by Friday and then on Friday it's next Wednesday. quality of their workmanship is sloppy and messy. They left our project ground very unsafe and not caring about workers' and our safety. Everything was left open and exposed.
    To finally get Terry Glen Young to pay for his unfinished work which he collected fees upfront was like pulling out teeth, he's very argumentative and unprofessional. He is very dishonest and lies left and right, making up the fact he is working hard for your project. He is not able to provide any proof for anything he says and if you ask for proof, he completely ignores you; claims there's a charge for communication with him and his staff. Very bad work ethics!
    Going through the process of our ADU project with A & A was a nightmare. They lack the knowledge and simply don’t care. Many things had to be done over. But the owner of the company is quick to keep asking and pressuring for money and if you don't provide- he stops production. Heads up he operates under several different business names.
    I would never recommend this contractor to anyone. I filed an complaint with CSLB against his license in order to revoke his license; he shouldn't be able to fraud people like this.

    Pack out/ Pack in/ Remediation/ Scope of Work

    Don't do it. Save yourself from this company. A&A Contracting dba Dry Express Restoration. The sons Terrence and Terrell came to give the estimate and Terrell and Taylor did the pack out. After that, the only time Terrence was involved was to ask for payment. They don't communicate well within themselves and nobody knows what the other is doing , the owner Terry takes his time for everything , the owners favorite word is it will be ready by Friday and then on Friday it's next Wednesday, oh and the quality of their workmanship is sloppy and messy.
    They did from our pack out/pack in to remediation to scope of work. The pack out -they charged for new boxes but they used recycled boxes, with other people's info on it, the pack- in they lost my vacuum, broke our closet, and then they brought us someone else's property and when we brought it to their attention that the possessions were not ours, their response was, "Well do your want them", my husband said these are not our items . Then the employees said- oh yeah , they must have come from the storage next to yours at the warehouse.
    To finally get Terry to pay for his company's damages - was like pulling out teeth, he's very argumentative and wants to fix instead of replace. ( bad work ethics)
    The remediation went well.
    Then the scope of work on our mobile home was a nightmare. None of the subcontractors they sent knew what they were doing, they were unskilled and their workmanship was unacceptable, sloppy and messy. Many things had to be done over. But the owner is quick to keep asking and pressuring for money and if you dont provide- he stops production.
    If you do not know how to read the itemized contract details of work, they will definitely get over on you.
    Terry was a perfect A+ headache always arguing to cut corners.
    He would say one thing and give us another.
    Mike , Bo and Damian came in at the end and put everything in order, if not we'd still be displaced.
    We maxed out our housing funds from our insurance, and even with that..Terry kept lagging. When we said we were going to fire him, he threatened that" did we want to do that since his company had all our personal possessions."
    The sign off is still in process-- but just fare warning-- you've been warned. Some stuff we will end up doing ourselves
