UPDATE: (3 weeks later):
A&A Service Company is now lying to cover up the fact that they did not replace the lines upon install. Ben actually went as far is to create a falsified invoice. The home warranty company asked for a copy of the invoice and Ben, now very conveniently added in the comments section “the condenser lines were recommend to be changed to the correct size and customer declined at this time”. That is a complete and total lie and very serious falsification of documents. He knew exactly what the problem was because I called and explained it to him and asked him to come and fix it, to which he declined and said “sorry we only cover 30 days past installation”. I’m really not sure how he thought he was being slick because the invoice date literally said “invoice date: December 22, 2020”. The service was provided on March 22, 2018, so again, not sure why he thought creating a false invoice with today’s date and zero signatures would be valid, just a major slap in the face and shows you how truly slimy and shady this company is and to what extent they will go to hide any mistake they have made, once they know legal action is being taken against them.
I am not just a “Karen” who tries make a mound out of a mole hill. Yes, the service seemed fine at first, but after the first year the unit began to break and we have spend thousands of dollars fixing a botched instillation. Please do not contract this company. I truly do not want anyone to go through what I have and continue to go through.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. They installed an outdoor HVAC unit at my house about a year and a half ago. I have had several issues starting a year after the unit was installed and ALL issues have been due to install. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after the 3rd service guy saying the issues are due to poor install, I started to believe it. When A&A installed my new HVAC unit, they did not replace the condenser lines. They left the old condenser lines that were not the correct size for the new unit being installed. They were cutting corners because it's a great amount of work. Because the lines were not the right size the unit was not getting the correct amount of refrigerant causing MANY expensive problems, which leads us to our current issue. When I called the company to make it right, he basically told me to kick rocks and they would only cover their work for 30 days, then proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my call backs. After installing a BRAND-NEW unit, a year and a half in we have spent over $2,000 on repairs due to a bad install. Run far, far away from this company. Horrible customer service and horrible technical service. Literally all I wanted was for them to come out and look at the unit and make it right and they were nasty on the phone and wouldn't even entertain the idea.
