Able Sandblasting in Novi is rude and unprofessional. I called to ask for prices on a small Restoration project I am working on with my son. As I explained the work I needed done, I was hung up on. I thought it was a dropped call so I called back. The phone was answered and I said hello and was immediately hung up on again. Able Sandblasting obviously didn't need my work. This was a good lesson for my son to see what type of businesses to deal with and which ones not to. Hopefully those reading this will take my advise and look to the competition. I could care less if Able provides a satisfactory finished product or not, professionalism is the first step in doing business. Never again Able, never again!
