Since 2006, when we needed a new circuit board, A-Action Cooling and Heating has only earned more of our trust.
It was 10:am, the morning of Jan 18, 2024, just an hour after making a desperate phone call. During 18 f degree icy rain and snow/ice covered streets, the owner himself showed up knowing our family had no way to heat the house. Took a completely locked up Draft Inducer motor and imo, MIRACULOUSLY!!! got it spinning again, and so far, still working perfectly 3 days later. He could have easily pushed for a VERY expensive new motor (and parts about $800.00) install, but didn't!!!
It was at that time, and due to the 25+ age of our furnace, it was right then and there, both my wife and I decided it was time to schedule a new Furnace install. Got a super great deal on that as well.
My hat is off to Mr. Timothy Mullenix for "above and beyond the call of duty" in bringing warmth back to our household. A warm, caring, and friendly man I fully believe you could trust with your new born.
