UNPROFESSIONAL & IRRESPONSIBLE !!! On Monday 10/16/23 Anthony “the scheduler” gave me an appt. for Friday because he said “it was not going to rain on that day.” The day before, I quickly called when I realized it was going to rain, but got no response. I called again on the morning of the appt. and asked Anthony if the repair could still be done and if what they put on the roof to seal it would dry in the rain. He didn’t answer my question and told me I had an option to cancel. I told him I wasn’t calling to cancel and again asked if the rain would interfere with the repair. He got aggressive and told me to cancel if that’s what I wanted. I repeated that I just wanted him to answer my question, but he would not.
Anthony was very rude and nasty. He spoke over me in a condescending manner. My blood pressure went very high. I told him that I hope he does not treat the elderly like this.He then called my warranty company and told them that I cancelled the appointment which was NOT TRUE. This man is VINDICTIVE.
I am glad he canceled on me and that I got to see first hand what a horrible company this is before I let them enter my property.I USUALLY CHOOSE WISELY BUT, my warranty company (AHS.com) chose A&B Drywall Repair to fix my roof. I would have never chosen them based on their reviews.

I don't know what these negative reviews are talking about they were hired through a home warranty company they were fast getting me on the schedule and Anthony was very kind and professional on the phone. When they came they fixed the problem and said to give them a call if the roof is leaking when it rains next. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

After a water leak, our home warranty company sent A&B Drywall out to the "rough finish" the ceiling that had been cut open for repair. Anthony, my contact, could not have been more gracious or responsive. He sent two young men to do the drywall THE VERY NEXT DAY! How's that for service?!? The two drywall men did a great job; not only was the drywall done well, but the guys cleaned up after themselves, were as unobtrusive as they could be (considering the noise they had to make) and were very fast in making this repair. I could not be happier with A&B Drywall and recommend them highly.

This Company is horrible. The first time this company called, they complained about my home warranty company giving them bad contact information (First American Home Warranty). They were full of excuses as to why it took them so long to call to schedule a appointment. The person that called was very rude, condescending and very unprofessional. They refused to do any work and canceled the service call from my home warranty company. After reading the bad reviews about their work, I'm glad they refused the work as I don't need a bad contractor doing unacceptable repairs.

Was assigned this company by my home warranty company and am extremely disappointed. While they were on time (when I was finally able to get it scheduled and then after they had to reschedule), but the work was done so poorly. It was repairing drywall that the plumber removed to fix a leak. The patch is awful. There are still small holes and the tape was barely even covered with spackle. I guess we’ll have to repair the repair ourselves! Very disappointing.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They arrived within the proper window of time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were professional, polite and prompt. Those qualities are rare in service-related businesses today. I highly recommend them.

As if dealing with the Coronavirus wasn't bad enough my roof sprang a leak yesterday morning. With the rain predicted this afternoon and for the next three days I was in a panic thinking about the potential for water damage. HSA Home Warranty referred me to A & B (Anthony). A & B came a day early, during their lunch break, to ensure that the work would be done before the rain. This was mid-Corona, so it was a risk for them to come out. They delivered by fixing the leak. I really appreciate them. They were kind, prompt, friendly ... everything that's expected. I'd recommend A & B to anyone.

Anthony was extremely polite on the phone when making my appointment. His crew came out and were also polite. They took their time and caulked my roof to ensure no future leaks.

This Anthony Bisogno is the biggest liar for owning a business. Used these bozos through AHS warranty company. The came for second coat, which he said had to approved by warranty company which is correct. Got on 3 way call with them when he said he was recording the conversation (Lie #1) and they approved it. Schedule service and on the day they were supposed to come he said warranty company won't cover it. I can do it for $150, I said no way let me call AHS. In the meantime, he keeps trying to call me back and I pick up the phone and he has so frustrated that he lied to me I lash out on him and curse at him. Then he tells me AHS told him not him to do the job or come in my house which is LIE #2. Lie#3 he then says he would have done it for Free. if that was the case why did he even call if the first place to tell AHS would not cover it. Anyway I could go on and on about this company is so deceitful, but it's up to you to take a chance on them. My experience is that any company that is good does not need a warranty company for work they have plenty of work by good word of mouth. This clown is joke and honestly the worst contractor I had to deal with.

I had some shingles come off of my roof and contacted HSA to get it repaired. A&B came out first thing next business day to make the repairs. They also tightened up my gutters. No issues here.

A&B repaired the hole in bathroom wall and went a step further and fixed a plumbing issue the plumber hadn't. For that kind of service I'll make Anthony my first call every time.

Had a very positive experience with A and B Drywall Repair. Was experiencing a roof leak that they promptly came out and fixed. Additionally, a few days later I noticed that the leak was in more than one location. A and B Drywall Repair came back out and fixed up the second spot as well. Friendly, professional service both over the phone and from the technicians who came out to the house.

A & B Drywall, 973 903-8576, were contracted by HSA to repair a leak in my roof. They sent 2 gentlemen on 12/28/17, not Anthony, to do the work and they replaced about 5 or so shingles and left. On 1/12/18 when it finally rained again I saw that the roof was still leaking. I contacted HSA again to have them come out and Anthony from A&B called telling me that his first visit used up $400 of my $500 yearly allowance for roof leaks and he wouldn't come back out unless I paid the difference for his work. I asked since it was what HSA considered a "recall" on a repair that wasn't fixed correctly the first time why should I pay over what was not repaired correctly initially. He told me he that he needs to get paid and if I agreed to pay the difference then he would come out otherwise he wasn’t.
I contacted HSA again about this and they conferenced us together and he stated that my roof is seriously deteriorated and needs more work than is left in my yearly allowance for roof leaks. The HSA agent agreed and we left it at that. I then contacted a Tammy in service at 901 266-7790 and explained the situation to her. She stated that the contractor’s notes say that Anthony had come back out a second time, which he didn’t, and stated the same as above that the roof is seriously deteriorated and needs more work than is left on the contract. I argued with Tammy stating that he never came out a 2nd time so how is he determining that and if the work wasn’t done correctly the first time then why should I be responsible for anything above? She was also confused as to how he could determine that the work required was more then was left and that the original notes on the first trip repair said nothing about the roof being seriously deteriorated so she was going to reach out to the contractor and get back to me by 2 days.
3 weeks later after leaving several messages with Tammy I began dialing other extensions at HSA and finally got someone live on the phone and she got Tammy on the line with me. Tammy put me on hold and reached out to Anthony at A & B who admitted to never coming out the 2nd time but then proceeded to make up a story to Tammy about him being at my house on the first visit and telling me that the roof required more than the $500 in repairs and that I declined it neither of which ever happened, he wasn’t at my house nor did the technicians that were there ever say anything of the sort. I then asked Tammy if that were the case wouldn’t it have been on the notes from the 12/28/17 visit which she confirmed were not. I asked her what can she do at this point to resolve the situation and she continued stating that I used the $400 of $500 and since A & B is saying one thing and I’m saying another that she can’t say one way or the other and there was nothing she could do. She offered me $200 off my contract renewal and 2 free service visits which I declined because of this situation and at this point want nothing to do with their company and espeically A & B Drywall

A&B Drywall just did work in my home and I couldn't be happier. The workmanship was far superior to any other company I used in the past. The owner was especially attentive and made sure the work was done in a timely manner. A & B Drywall far exceeded my expectations and I have given their number to all my friends. I will also be calling again.

This contractor was the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. His attitude is poor. He came to my house to repair a wall and he wanted to use a water damaged board from my basement leak to patch up the hole. He was suppose to call me within two days to make an appointment to come to my house and did not call me for two weeks. When i told him i didnt want him using the damaged board to fix my wall, he said hold on a minute, I need to make a phone call and ill be right back. He proceded to go to his truck and pull away and not finish the project. I called him twice to ask him why he left and he hanged up on me. He never finished the project just because i would not let him use a damaged board to fix my wall. I dont appreciate him just leaving the job site without telling me either. Not professional at all. I would never recommend this contractor to anybody, you would probably be better off doing it youself.
