Permits
- Building permit records show that A and C Pena Construction has worked on 8 permitted projects.
Jose initially showed up on time for the agreed-upon job (installing new entry door and hanging new shutters), but within a matter of days some of the shutters fell off and the trim around the new door started to warp and pull away. He also damaged one of the shutters and tried to mask over it with the wrong color paint. Shame on us for paying him in full on that day with his promise of coming back to fix what wasn't right.
Trying to get Jose to come back and fix it has been impossible. 11 separate times he said he was "on the way" or "will be there tomorrow" and did not show. He is completely unresponsive now and we will have to find someone else to fix his shoddy work.
