Gave Mr. Annotti a $4700 deposit on March 16, 2018. Called him late May to find out when he would eventually show up. He said early June and that he would call me as soon as he arrived at his current job site. Never heard back. Left 2 more messages and 2 emails. No response until I left negative feedback on Thumbtack. Then, he told me how busy he was and that he might be at my site in August. This is unacceptable. He refused to give me a refund and refused to do the work. I am filing in Small Claims today as well as complaints with RI and MA Attorneys General. Will post again if he does the right thing and refunds.
